Apparently, Toronto's Canadian Stage Company, which (as we reported) was said to be planning a production of My Name is Rachel Corrie in the theatre season 2007/2008, has decided not to stage the play after all, citing a supposed lack of merit of its New York production (in the Minetta Lane Theatre), rather than its controversial political content as the reason for this decision.
